Festive Booking Terms & Conditions 2026
Festive Party & Feasting Menu Bookings
A deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the number of guests attending is reduced more than 48 hours before your reservation, the deposits paid for those guests will be credited against your final bill. If numbers are reduced within 48 hours of your booking, the deposits paid for the absent guests will be retained.
Deposits will also be retained in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the confirmed arrival time.
A complete pre-order from our festive menu must be submitted at least 21 days before your reservation. Pre-orders help us provide a smooth and timely service for you and your guests.
Without a completed pre-order, we cannot guarantee the availability of every menu choice or that all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when submitting your pre-order and remind a member of our team upon arrival. Some dishes may contain olive stones, fish bones, nuts or nut derivatives. Although we follow strict procedures to minimise cross-contamination, allergens are handled and present within our kitchens.
All prices include VAT, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill. Our team works hard to make every experience special, and 100% of the gratuities received are fairly distributed among the team members who prepare and serve your meal.
We cannot guarantee a particular table or area of the venue. However, we will always do our best to accommodate specific requests where possible.
Payment of your deposit confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these booking terms and conditions.
Little & Large Pub Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary.
Christmas Day 2026 Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £60 per person, including children, is required to confirm your Christmas Day reservation.
All Christmas Day deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of a reduction in guest numbers, cancellation of the entire booking or a no-show.
The remaining balance is due on 25 December 2026.
A complete pre-order from our Christmas Day menu must be submitted by 1 December 2026. If your pre-order is not received by this deadline, we cannot guarantee the availability of your chosen dishes or that all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
